What Reports are available on the website for any given transaction?

For CDO transactions you will find the Monthly – Quarterly Report, the Note Valuation Report, the Collateral File, the Monthly performance Report and some Press Release. For ABS/MBS transactions, depending on the transaction, you will find the Monthly - Quarterly Report, the Construction Report, the Prospectus, the Mezzanine Agent Status Report.

Can Reports be downloaded?

Yes.

How do I locate the Account Manager on a deal?

The Account Manager's name and number will appear at the top of the Transaction Details section.

How many deals can I add to 'My Portfolio'?

You can add as many deals as you wish to your portfolio.

How can I get back my lost/forgotten password?

On the Corporate Trust Services home page there is a link which will generate a Password Reminder, which will be sent to your registered email address.

How do I set up my portfolio?

When clicking on each transaction, you will be given the right to “Add to my Portfolio” or “Remove from my Porftolio” the transaction by clicking on the appropriate button. When your access to a private transaction has been approved, it will be added to your portfolio.
